Colorado stocks: Ascent Solar up 5%; Dow tumbles

Wall Street ended down again Tuesday, although some Colorado stocks managed to eke out modest gains. Ascent Solar Technologies Inc. (ASTI) had the biggest increase among all Colorado stocks at 5.36 percent.
